Scaffolding Foreman
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the following: Other duties may be assigned.
1. Site inspection and layout
2. Knowledge of Manufacturer and OSHA Regulations
3. Scaffold safety
4. Knowledge of Tube and clamp scaffolds Construction
5. Knowledge of Total system scaffolds
6. Ability to Calculate loads for applicable scaffolding
7. Proper access and egress Requirements and practices
8. Working knowledge of Rigging hardware and procedures
9. The ability to work under extreme weather conditions hot/cold
10. Ability to Estimate, Design, and Review Particular Scaffolding Projects Per Client and/or Project Specific Demands
11. Ability to Hire, Council, Train, and Mentor Employees
12. Maintain Up to Date and Current Applicable Training Certifications
13. Ability to Communicate Effectively with Clients and Supporting Departments
14. Ability to Acquire and Maintain a US Passport and Status
15. Ability to Manage Multiple Projects
Required Education & Experience:
1. High School Diploma or GED; or certification from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and/or five to ten years scaffold/management experience.
2. NCCER Certificate Holder (QC Inspection When Needed)
3. Minimum of 5 Years Traceable Industry Experience
Working Conditions:
1. Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy weather, combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
2. May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on project site(s).

1. Office equipment, including telephone, fax machine, scanner, computer, printer, ten-key

1. Competency in Auto-Cad for Scaffold Design
