Overview and Purpose
Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives, including campaigns, content development, and performance analysis. This role ensures marketing strategies are effectively implemented across digital platforms, recruitment efforts, and business development initiatives, supporting key programs such as the Arctic Security Cutter (ASC) and future company growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:This position is responsible for the following: Other duties may be assigned.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and tracking of multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, events, email).
- Data & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, collect marketing data, compile reports on campaign effectiveness, and analyze trends.
- Project Coordination & Administrative Support: Manage database (CRM), coordinate schedules, liaise with vendors, and provide overall project coordination support.
- Market Research: Conduct research and competitive analysis to understand target audiences, industry trends, and market positioning.
- Content & Digital: Managing social media, optimizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO), creating blog posts, newsletters, and visual materials.
- Strategic Support: Coordinate marketing efforts supporting recruitment initiatives, business development, and strategic programs including ASC.
- Innovation: Staying up to date with the latest AI marketing trends.
Required Education & Experience:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role (coordinator-level experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in a professional office setting with routine use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
- Occasional travel to company sites, shipyards, ports, or partner facilities may be required.
- May involve attending meetings outside standard business hours based on operational needs.
Necessary Equipment Operation:
- Standard office equipment including computers, printers, scanners, video conferencing tools, and document-management systems.
- Ability to safely navigate operational facilities, occasionally requiring use of PPE when visiting shipyards or industrial sites.
Special Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content.
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable marketing improvements.
