QAQC Document Controller

Pay Rate - $18/Hr-$22/Hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

This position is responsible for the following: Other duties may be assigned.  

  1. Collection of required documentation. * 

  1. Verifying the Documentation. * 

  1. Organizing the Documentation * 

  1. Compiling the documentation as required by contract. * 

  1. Verifying the documentation * 

  1. Preparation of Final Documentation (Hard Copy and/or Electronic) for submission to Customers. * 

  1. Maintaining and storing all QA / QC Documentation 

Required Education & Experience: 

  1. High School or GED. 

  1. Computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel required. Additional skills in Adobe, Drafting, Preferred. 

  1. Past experience in Documentation Control preferred. 

Working Conditions: 

  1. Office working as required. 

  1. Field work may be required. 

  1. Ability to work late and on Holidays. 

Necessary Equipment Operation: 

  1. General Computer skills 

Special Skills: 

  1. Drafting / CAD skills preferred 

  1. Knowledge of Shop / Shipyard practices.
